"If you enjoy a safe, relaxed and carefree experience…this is NOT the place for you."

1.0

There were so many ISSUES that it’s hard to even think of or remember the good aspects of this property… but I guess LOCATION? Nothing I was able to enjoy unfortunately as I left the property hours after and had to book another place due to SAFETY CONCERNS.

Where do I begin…. • after receiving confirmation for my booking the property corresponds to coordinating check in but day of changes my reservation start date to the next day which would send anyone into panic mode. • check in process made NO sense with NO response from the property manager. • 45 mins later ran into another tenant/neighbor who helped me in the Main Entrance but the takes my phone to unlock my door (which I didn’t ask or need help with) and now she know my private code and now has full access to my rental. • I reach out to the property management team explaining the situation in hopes to update my the code to my door. They response was basically “why” then followed up with “that code is unique to only you. you’ll be fine” of which is the last 4 digits of your phone number. It’s unique to anyone who know me as well because every time I have booked a property like this they have used that same “unique code” which my buddy that brought my to the property recognized as the neighbor read my code out load. • Creepy window in the bathroom that hinges from the bottom / opens from the top was painted over and way too high to reach without a very tall ladder but slightly open. My concern is that it’s not even on an exterior wall but dead center of the building so the other side would have to be to someone’s unit • above the Tiny Closet in the bedroom; of which literally had 1 hanger, was a cabinet door for additional storage. Makes sense, right? There was no back wall that led to the attic? The bathroom widow? To every other unit? • At this point my mind is going so wild with all the safely issues and potential scenarios that I have to decide.. if I stay, someone can easily break in and take my stuff so I won’t be able to physically leave until check out so I just start packing and book a hotel. All of which could have been an easy fix… • tell booking.
