Location is great and a small supermarket is just nearby so you could get things you need easily. The flat is quite clean and the air condition is a plus in summer time. The view from the living room is fantastic where you could see the lake while you enjoy your breakfast or coffee. Most important thing is the super nice host who responded quickly and helpful.

No doubt about it. It's the location. Because of its proximity to the ferry terminal, we had absolutely no problems getting on the ferries. The apartment was clean and spacious. Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were well equipped. Mattress was firm, bedroom was well insulated from outside noise, and we slept well all nights there. Giorgia left a welcome treat and a bottle of Prosecco for us. There's a supermarket downstairs but we found Conad City, up the road, having a wider range of food items for our stay. Having a nice, air-conditioned and well equipped apartment to come back to each day of our travels made our trip to Lake Como a memorable one.

Loved the lake outlook and convenience to the ferry. Also just a short walk to the main piazza and restaurants. We had a few days but could easily have stayed longer. The space was roomy for a couple. Great shower which can be hard to find in Europe! Great to have access to a washing machine. Giorgia was really helpful, responsive and we also appreciated the opportunity to check in early.

Nothing! Yes, there are stairs but that’s expected. There are some ferry wharf works going on at the moment but they are day time only and view of the lake isn’t interrupted.

Giorgia was a fantastic host. Thank you so much for making our trip to Lake Como simply perfect. The location is perfect, right by the boat terminal. The house itself was simply perfect for us. Clean, comfortable, beautiful decor and we felt right at home.

Perfect location close to everything and still quiet ..lovely view… everything you could possibly need is provided.

Old fashioned decor, feels like someone is actually living there. No espressomachine. 2 Single beds put together without proper mattress as we requested a double. Dirty Building on the outside.
