Peaceful, Private and Airy on a 5 acre farm

Ron and Dawn were excelent hosts. We have usualy stayed in hotels in the past and this was a much better option.Will probably book again on future visits to Grand Junction.

The location was perfect, 5 mins from my son’s home which made for easy connections with his family.

As is easily viewed from the map, it’s very close to I-70 as others have mentioned and planes do fly overhead. We noticed none of that because the cottage was closed up being early March. Just wanted to mention this because people complained about the noise and we didn’t hear any, quite frankly, even when we were outside.

The sofa bed was not too comfortable.

The guest house is well maintained with a nice variety of cookware, and furnishings. The space has a general comfy cottage feeling. The hosts were also pleasant and helpful.

The single bathroom was through the main bedroom. (Mildly awkward for those who aren't too familiar with sleeping around each other)
