Three floors apt - with four BR in the city

The owner has not responded to any of the emails

The shower drain was blocked which basically prevented using the shower for more than 30 seconds

The company managing the property were really bad. We received the property late and it was dirty. The cleaning people only arrived in the night (while we were in table having a family dinner). We lost contact of the property management team after the second day. They told us they are going to give us the money back but never heard back. Even Booking hasn’t been able to contact them. I would strongly advise to stay away from this property. We lost about $800 with them. Definitely its not worth the headache of staying here.

The bed was comfortable and clean, the facility is big and has everything that you need and even terrace. Even though it is very far from city centre there was buses which go to city centre very close to home but at the night only way is to walk or take a cab.

The check in details wasn’t sent at 15:00 and we tried to call the landlord couple times to get our check in details, also the payment was taken after departure and they asked to transfer money to them through bank transfer
