GBWhen I got to my destination, the caravan I paid for didn’t even exist . Nothing
I didn’t like been scammed . I traveled for hours to get there , to be told it wasn’t even there and I’d paid for a caravan that didn’t exist
GBThis was a scam we got there, and there was no caravan. Am disgusted with the lack of help I got from bookings.com and the property contact number does not connect or the email. I had to pay another £350 to rent another caravan! I want a full refund and it taking off the site. You was aware that previous people have been scammed
I booked two caravans both a scam
GBGBGBGBThe caravan was not there. We were left with no accomodation on Easter Saturday. 4 adults and 4 children stranded at the caravan park. I am waiting for a full refund. Absolutely gutted. Caravan was removed from site in 2024. Appalling .X you took £174 and provided nothing. Apart from 4 crying children
