Contacted owners re aircon not working but didn't receive a reply. Booked the property partly so that my grandson could feed the horses but they weren't in the adjacent field and we couldn't get to them.

Plenty of room, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and proximity to the horses! Carrots in the fridge for feeding horses was a nice touch.

Bathrooms and toilet a bit tired.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, tidy, and very well looked after. The host was absolutely lovely and incredibly thoughtful — we let him know we would be arriving late at night, and he kindly lit the fire in advance so the house was warm when we arrived. A beautiful extra touch was finding carrots in the fridge along with a lovely note explaining which horses we were welcome to feed and pat. The kids absolutely loved this and it made the stay even more special. We highly recommend this house and would happily stay again.
