2BR and 2BA in the Zoko cozy and convenient

Perfect for exploring the whole of Gib. Clean and spacious, great little en suite shower rooms. Loved the keypad entry, made everything simple. Just opened a little supermarket at the end of the street.

Have mentioned to team small thing only to address light sensor at top of stairs needs adjusting to recognise movement before getting to top stair. WiFi just needs review. But very small things for all the positives of staying here.

Property was clean and well enough stacked with basics. Location was good for the high street and cable car etc.

The ceiling and front wall/door sound proofing was insufficient. You could hear people leaving to catch the first flight at 3am and the children upstairs was horrendous. There was no Gibtelecom box so no TV channels, when I mentioned this on Friday, ai was told nothing could be done until Monday.

We had to phone for assistance to enter the apartment because we were given the wrong codes. Also the TV did not work until after assistance. The bathrooms on were very tiny no room to move in the at all!!!

The central location, it was very easy to find. The apartment has plenty of space. It had a bathroom in each bedroom which was a blessing. Good kitchen with everything you need. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff kept us updated via booking.com and were really helpful.

The apartment building is older and in a small street so it could be quite dark. There is also a cafe downstairs so if you like a lie in wear earplugs.

Loved the location, loved the facilities & the modern furniture.

Poor water pressure (shower) Leak in the hallway. Smell of damp in the front room. Took me 2hrs to find the property (they gave to figure out a better way to explain we’re it is)

Air con! Location great. Living area good though more cushions would have been good and maybe an arm chair too. Fridge and washing machine excellent. Very clean. Access excellent. Nearby supermarket really convenient. We have stayed all over Gib in the last 10 years of visiting and this location was the best so far.

Bathrooms way too small. Not enough cooking materials and crockery etc. TV could have been good but Wi-Fi connection not strong enough to use it. Ironing board too small. There was enough storage to provide a full sized one. Proper bin in the living room/kitchen would be good. And would have been nice if you provided some tea bags and coffee. Just basic stuff.

The location was good, however there was no warning that the apartment was above an extremely noisy café, which opened early. The living room was comfortable & the kitchen well stocked with appliances.

We had to phone the hosts for the code to open the lockbox where the key was hidden, despite a couple of emails to tell them exactly when we were arriving. The bathroom was tiny & it was impossible to actually sit on the toilet. There was no natural light in the bedrooms, but the bed was comfortable.
