Everything except the main bedroom bathroom

The main bedroom shower was filthy and the toilet is extremely stained. The cleaner did not clean the shower. Nor was the towels washed

Comfortable, clean and loved the natural environment. Kudu sightings were a plus. Spa was excellent.

Noise from neighbours, children making a noise early morning. Dog barking early in morning. Should have netflix available or information letting us know that we could use it with our code. Heater would be good during the winter months. Aircon is the bedrooms would be good especially in summer months.

Unit was clean and everything worked well. Loved the extras like soaps and towels for beach (which we didn't use, but lovely extra is we forgot ours).

Although we appreciated Cynthia and her work I think the off season times would have suited us better. (Monday/Wednesday/Friday). Also on day of departure it would be much easier if she arrived after 10:00 to give us some time to pack up and get out of the unit. (She arrived at 8:30). Also the drying rack needs replacing. Apparently, we couldn't hang clothing over the railing (estate rules), but the drying rack is at the end of it's life cycle so had to make another plan.

Safe and secure estate with a wealth of outdoor activities to keep the family busy. Great beach with life guards. Amazing MTB trail, which is scenic and technical, making for lots of fun. Property was fantastic. Comfy beds and linen. Everything you need is there. Very clean and no clutter.. Great location walking distance to beach and not too far from main gate. Spacious rooms.

Parking of vehicle is not conveniently located near property with stairs to and from property.. If you are elderly or unable to walk stairs, it isn't ideal. Quite a trek to unload and offload.

Reception is open 24/7 and friendly staff willing to help. The unit had an inverter for some plugs (Television for example) and the cleaning staff were fantastic! Unit is well kept with nothing left out for guest comfort. Anything broken was fixed within 24 hours. It is lovely to take walks through the estate and see the animals, ducks, geese, etc. Safety is a priority and lovely to be able to relax in such an environment.

All expectations were met.
