Good property, 10-15 minutes walk from the beach, and the central plaza. Loads of bars and restaurants in the area and also a couple of supermarkets. Parking is 10 minutes walk away and very secure. Keys are picked up from an office about a 10 minute drive away, keys and check in was easy and there is a place to park at the office.

The parking is on a very small street and is one way, it’s very narrow and difficult to get into. It was hard work getting into and took about 20 minutes even with a relatively small hire car. Any medium to large cars wouldn’t be able to get in, something to consider if you need parking and have a larger car.

The apartment is clean, modern and well provided for with all utensils and appliances. The beds are very comfortable with firm but also softly accommodating mattresses. The heating/cooling system was easy to understand and control and the lift worked without problem.

Oh dear, the sewage smell from the bathrooms was absolutely awful. The largest bathroom was the worst as it constantly smelled of foul sewage. The smaller bathroom was better only smelling when and just after using the facilities. This problem could be easily solved by installing U bend liquid seals on both bathroom sinks, the kitchen has a U bend and never smells. The underground parking is a nightmare to park in with very narrow access and very small parking bays. With a hire car it is very difficult to avoid scratching the body. We abandoned parking there and used public facilities, the open car park by Caletta beach was just perfect and secure but a bit pricey at 15€/day.

The apartment was really nice and comfortable, furnished with everything you may need. The staff was really nice and the private parking very useful!

There was a bad smell of sewage in one of the bedrooms, which was really annoying.
