"Unexpectedly disappointing"

Location brilliant

Due to some misunderstanding with the cleaning company this flat wasn’t ready for us and hadn’t been prepared. As a result we had to leave a book a room at the local pub . As this was the night before our son’s wedding this could have been catastrophic. Nice flat didn’t realise it was a private rental , however Nick was super helpful apologetic and refunded us very quickly . But still was disappointed

"Another great stay"

Another great stay at this apartment. Central location a couple of minutes walk into town. The apartment is modern, well furnished and very quiet. Look forward to staying again when we’re next in Leek.

"Lovely little place in Leek town"

In good central location with own parking space. Beds were very comfortable. Good facilities if you wanted to cook own meals

Key fob for parking gate very temperamental, took a while to get in and out

Location excellent, free parking, gated parking, spacious accommodation, well equipped kitchen,

Had to find a parking space before we could get the keys to park in the gated car park! Lift not working. Very hard pillows. Flat above and neighbours quite noisy late at night.

Flat was clean, quiet, well equipped and in an excellent position for central Leek.

We had great difficulty with the car park access fobs but managed to get in thanks to Nick and one of his neighbours. It turned out that the fob needed a new battery. There was also a problem with the alarm panel in the block but this didn’t detract from our stay.
