B2 Verdeguer - Cozy Loft close to the beach

It has all the things you need for cooking on the stove (except consumables like salt, pepper and oil). It gets warm in the winter during the day since it's the southern side. The air conditioner can help either way. The bed was nice.

The fridge and the drying rack were quite small. The fuses blew out almost every other day. A homeless man lives next to the door. Also there's a bar nearby, which becomes very noisy, especially at night. The apartment is moderately clean, there were some spider webs on the lamps, some hair strands, etc. Overall it was fine, but could be better. There were really limited complementary things (like toilet paper).

1. No airflow - hot upstair, cold downatairs 2. Under the bed it was not cleaned 3. Water comes out of the shower to bathroom floor 4. Only 1,5 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 4 nights, personel didn't bring more after notifying 5. Very easy to hit your head going upstairs/downstairs 6. You can smell chlorine in the water and it tastes weird - not sure if it's safe to drink

Nice modern loft, super clean and spacious, and a great location! Loved my stay here!

The homeless man lives outside was a little uncomfortable
