Great property and great value for our trip to Louisville for a vb tournament. We did not explore by foot as we were there for vb games so can’t say much about location but it was perfect for a family stay if you want something budget friendly. Very clean and everything you need for a visit to Louisville. Parking was easy and free which is always a plus.
It can be noisy as you are by the highway but we were able to sleep through the noise. The pull out couch could use a new mattress or at least a cover that fits it. The mattress protector is too small and half the actual mattress is exposed. We were able to cover it with a sheet but it needs replaced.
