Good location, pots and pans available, pretty spacious

Smaller than expected and a bit different from the images.

The host sent a massage on WhatsApp every day, asked if we needed anything else and made us as comfortable as possible. . .

Except the wifi connection, everything was awsome...

There is nothing to like about this property. The pictures on booking.com do not represent the actual property. They have multiple apartments within the same building and the photos on booking.com are from only one or two of these apartments which are the best ones. The apartment we got selected was dark, dingy, and did not represent the photos on the website. We left the apartment after the first night and tried to cancel, however, they would not issue a refund despite agreeing with us that the photos were inaccurate. Booking.com even admitted that they had previous complaints about this property. The room also didn’t have the things listed on the website. No table, no rugs, small bed, bad bed side tables, and the actual building is very unpleasant. Unhelpful host, unhelpful booking.com. We felt let down. Don’t stay here.

It felt like a scam. I know that the company has a lot of good reviews but in this instance, the apartment was really bad and the building the apartments are located in is also terrible. See photos.

The host is very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate all the recommendations from the host. The appartment is new, clean, and spacious. It's close to all commodities and only 2 minutes from the famous New York Cafe.

Almost nothing. If I have to be picky, maybe the appartment building lobby is not very well-maintained and a bit dark in the alley.

Spacious and clean room well located near the vibrant streets of Budapest with metro around the corner.

My mother was robbed in her apartment (bag with passport bank cards and cash etc) while using the toilet on her 2nd day there ,no cameras in the building ,also lighting poor on the stairs at night time ,homeless constantly trying to get in building behind your back. Host helpful in regards to recommendations around Budapest before arriving but did not ask for updates on how she was after the robbery!
