Abreeza 1BR condo w/ balcony,wifi & Netflix

It’s close to the mall

They don’t know how to communicate properly and there is no bnaket and the light in the bathroom is not working,the Bed to short for queen size,No blind Curtains.that’s why we Check out early of may 26th instead of may 27 It’s not worth it to stay at 1BR Condo Tower 2 Abreeza.

The tower was near the mall for access to other facilities ....

Was not able to get hot water for shower??

+Great size of apartment +Great furnishings +Superb location / value for money +Manager dealt with a small issue ref bedding and towels professionally, and was responsive

-AirCon in living area only, had to use fan to send cold air into bedroom, was too hot for me otherwise - Bed too short and hard wooden end so not comfy to let feet hang off the end for context I'm 5'10" or 1.78metred so not especially tall

1.Location accessibilty to mall, groceries, Pharmacy, church etc. 2. owner responsive to our needs. 3. Security of the place, laundry Service 4. Friendly staff 5. Water pressure and airconfitioners are good 5. Price is reasonable

Upon arrival, the floor, table, top of the fridge and décor, especially the floral arrangements, were dusty. The sofa bed had no linens or pillows provided. No Water jug (three were empty)The bathroom showed white streaks, head shower with brown/ black discoloration, & completely no toiletries. Two towels had black fabric residue, which came off after shaking. Additionally, the white towels appeared overused (off White) My suggestion is for the manager to inspect the property two days prior to each guest’s arrival. This will ensure the place is clean and that all amenities are provided as advertised on Airbnb. Most guests have traveled long distances, different parts of the world so all they need upon arrival is a clean, comfortable, and restful place to stay. I will still recommend this place.

Vies, slecht schoon gemaakt, volle kasten met rommel en afval, last van stank, brandalarm meerdere malen ook na onderzoek van de mensen van het gebouw door zeer slecht schoonmaken van afzuigkap

Best experienced in all of Davao very accommodating.

Recommended for Families. The location is accessible,only back of Abreeza Malls and Robinsons Supermarket.

Nice 1 bedroom Condo... kitchen was helpful for our stay. bed was Comfortable as well. Having YouTube and Netflix was a plus

The front desk was lacking professionalism. Sad we had to Pay to use the Pool... said it was encluded. The neighboring Construction was a little noisey

The property is just few steps away from Abreeza mall, the owner was very responsive and replied all throughout our stay.
