Het huis ziet er prachtig uit en is heel gunstig gelegen op loopafstand (nog geen tien minuten) van het centrum dat heel gezellig is. Om naar het strand te gaan ligt het aan de meest gunstige kant van de stad. Je rijdt zo de stad uit richting de kust. Om de hoek is een kleine supermarkt, uitstekend gesorteerd voor de dagelijkse boodschappen. De eigenaar woont er boven. Heel handig als we iets nodig hadden of wilden weten, hij stond meteen voor ons klaar.

Ik kan geen tegenvallers bedenken. Het voormalige woonhuis is echt prachtig verbouwd om als vakantiewoning te dienen. En heel schoon!

"Hidden gem in centre of San Vito!"

Location was amazing, 5 minute walk to the main part of town, 10-12 min drive to the beaches. Lovely large house with pretty outside space. The owners were so lovely and kind, brought the children cake down when we arrived (which was amazing!!) one of the neighbours made the children balloon animals on the way home one evening - such a lovely community. Marcello (owner) was kind enough to show us a supermarket round the corner - 1 min walk away if that - which had a fresh deli counter and butchers inside so we popped in daily to get antipasti dinner for when kids were in bed, absolutely perfect.

The only thing I could say was it says air conditioned but there is only one unit at the back of the house, not in bedrooms so they were still 25 degrees at night (and it was only June) it did not affect our sleep and the main space was nice and cool just something I would have liked to know before (would have packed different sleep bags for baby etc) so letting the next customer know x
