"Great spacious property for the whole family to enjoy together."

Plenty of room for everyone. Staff were friendly and responsive. Pool was warm and in a great spot. Room for all of us. Good location. The property manager, Putu, was very responsive and helpful and was available whenever we contacted him.

Internet was slow then didn’t work at all. Staff did come and fix quickly once reported. Bathroom upstairs flooded but again staff came and fixed promptly once reported. Villa was hard to find. Need better directions. One downstairs shower could do with a better clean.

"Passable"

Good location, close to shops and restaurants. Nice pool and outdoor area. Good for a big group.

Uncomfortable bedding and hard pillows. There was a weird smell coming from downstairs room. It was never gone although staff cleaned the room again.

"Exceptional"

Gorgeous villa in lively neighbourhood. Close to buzzing shopping streets with plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes and 10 min walk to the beach. Kept very clean and tidy. Very spacious bedrooms, beautiful pool area and modern amenities. The staff was very welcoming and accomodating. Strongly recommended.
