Two-Bedroom Home 25 min to NYC free parking-UNIT-2

Did not get property that I reserved. Beds were hard as rock. Not enough towels, no dish cloths, paper towels, toilet paper or garbage bags. Parking was horrific to get into due to other tenants not parking to the left more. Tenants upstairs were very loud. Felt like they were coming through the ceiling. The Fan shook. Notified owner he advised them to be quiet. Got loud again around 2:30.

Nice, clean place, well-equipped kitchen, easy parking next to the house.

There was nothing I particularly disliked. We traveled as a group of four and everyone was thrilled with the accommodation.

We stayed in the lower part of the house, which offers a spacious layout well-suited for a family of up to six guests, with three bedrooms. The winter garden, two of the bedrooms, and the living room—with a modern TV—are moderately comfortable. The parking spots are a bit narrow but adequate, with one space available per rental unit. The only real advantages of this accommodation are its convenient location—less than 20 minutes by bus from Times Square, with a bus stop just a five-minute walk away—and the on-site parking.

While the house offers good space overall, several aspects fell short of expectations. The kitchen is in serious need of renovation—dirty, with an unpleasant odor, and a malfunctioning microwave. Although the oven works, basic essentials like baking paper were missing, and the limited kitchen utensils were suitable for only 3 people. There was no kettle available. Cleanliness was lacking: we found tissues from previous guests and were concerned about the hygiene of the bed linens due to the presence of hair and other traces. The bathroom also requires great updating. The third bedroom is quite narrow and cramped with its bunk beds. The garage spaces are unusable due to clutter. It was also disappointing to find that guests from the other rental unit were smoking cannabis near the main entrance, which affected our overall experience.

Location is excellent for public transport to NYC.

The couches in the living room were too low to the ground. The stairs are steep and uneven.

Only dislike was there's only 1 tv in the living room, none in the bedrooms which was diff for me. I've never experienced that before. Not very convenient for kids and adults. Had I known I would have brought my projector so we could have watched TV.
