Great communication with the owner. The property suited us well. It was a bit worn in places (broken cupboard, exposed wires) but mostly clean and convenient. The hot water stopped working but was fixed within 5 hours. We enjoyed having our own bathrooms, and the view at the front was lovely. Quiet and comfortable.

Its so spacious, modern, central and very familyfriendly. They were very kind and helpfull. Childrenbed + chair wad provided for us at our stay. Amazing view in the midle of the city center

I will start with the positives, the location is great, the apartment and rooms are a good size, if we didn't have the issues we did I would think it is good value for money.

To begin, there are no keys on arrival so you have to have paid the city tax, filled in everyone's passport details online, have internet connection to click on a link to open the door. I assumed this was just for check in and there would be keys inside the apartment but no. We had to use mobile phones to click on links everytime we wanted to go in the apartment for both doors. This was really inconvenient, especially as I was travelling with my parents who don't really use their phones while on holiday. Before arriving I had requested a cot be in the apartment, which I confirmed again just before we arrived, they said yes it had been requested. We arrived around 7pm and there was no cot. I contacted the property who said they'd look into it, a few hours later they told me no'one would be able to get us one today and just to put the baby on the sofa with cushions around her, this was obviously really bad advice. Very stressful. We were expecting one to arrive the next morning, but nothing. They were really difficult to get hold of and went for hours without knowing what was happening as they didn't reply or answer the phone. Eventually that evening a guy arrived at the apartment with a travel cot, but no mattress. After about an hour we were told we had to buy our own mattress and they would re-imburse us. We didn't want to go hunting around for a baby mattress, we wanted to enjoy our holiday and go for dinner! But we had to do this, another day/evening of stress because they can't organise themselves. I guess that's what you get when it's managed by a business. They did offer one night refund but we would rather not have had the stress. On the last day we put the washing machine on for a 30 minute wash (it's on the balcony) and it leaked off the balcony, very broken. Apartment below has two noisy dogs barking all the time and they had a party until 5am, you can hear it all.

To gain entry to the property was a nightmare. To check in online was very difficult, in fact almost impossible. The phone numbers they give you by email-do not answer, even the emergency number was not working. The online receptionist Roberta was extremely rude and totally unfriendly. She demanded us to check in on the stairs in a dark corridor, she did not allow us to enter the flat even though we had paid fully for our stay in advance! Unbelievable! Only the fortunate arrival of a very kind cleaning lady Ola saved us from having to sleep outside the property. Ola helped us to check in online despite struggling herself to complete the check-in process and calling Roberta a few times to ask for instructions. Such stress and disappointment I never experienced in my life in all my many travels around the world. We will definitely never stay there again. There many hotels and other comfortable accommodation in this nice town with kind, efficient and helpful staff.

As soon as we arrived at the check-in time mentioned two days before, we couldn’t open the door of the building. We tried to reach Jacopo and Claudia, but it was impossible. Jacopo wrote to us on WhatsApp and told us that he couldn’t go to the building and if we had issues, we should call 112. If It is not a neighbour open the door we will be sleeping in the car with my three kids. I didn’t like arriving and having to clean the floor of the entire apartment. It was dirty! One of the kitchen doors fell down as soon as we opened it. Some curtains of the apartment are missing and the others are damaged.

Had to download an app on my phone that was supposed to open the main door of the building as well as the front door of the apartment. Arrived and the building door didn't work and we were luckily let into the building by another tenant. Not sure it would be great to have this mode of entry for people without cell phones or who don't want to pay for service while in a foreign country. Also if it doesn't work on arrival you could be stuck out in the rain like we were, trying to get in.

Perfect in every way, incredible value for money and a really lovely town to stay in.

The location of the apartment is great and the layout is good. It has three bedrooms and each has its own bathroom. If these things, which I list below, were to be taken care of, it would be great!

The furniture in the apartment is quite worn.  The chairs and table in the dining room wobble.  The drawers under the sink in the bathrooms are completely wobbly, so we were afraid to use them, lest they fall apart completely.  The bidet in the bathroom detaches from the wall, so if you sit on it, there is a possibility of it falling off.  The boards on the toilet seats are also cracked.  In one room, there were books under the bed, as a support, so that the bed would not move. But all this is somehow tolerable, in case they don't blame you as a guest for having done it. What was worst was the problem with electrical installations and hot water.  On the first day, we returned to the apartment after the excursion, and there was no hot water at all, only cold.  We immediately contacted the people whose phone numbers were sent to us in case of need, however, no one answered or answered the messages, until we contacted booking.com directly the next day.  It was only when booking.com responded that we received instructions on what to do with the heating boiler in order to have hot water.  Luckily, we are also engaged in tourism, so we know some things related to the maintenance of devices in the apartment, so we managed to adjust it for the pressure on the heating boiler.  I wonder what would have happened if someone had stayed in the apartment, who was afraid of doing something like that, if someone from the agency would have appeared to see and fix it, or if they would have been without hot water for the rest of their stay. Since it was raining and it was cold in the apartment, we turned on two air conditioners.  After ten minutes we were completely without electricity.  We didn't even try to call someone from the agency again, because we probably would have waited until the next day without electricity, instead we found a board with fuses for electricity on the ground floor and solved the problem immediately.

More than this kind of accommodation for Italy trip you could not find. Super accommodation felt like at home. 3 separate bedrooms, 3 separate bathrooms, extra large kitchen, dining and living room all fully equipped. Great beds. Great view on the central street and a small park. Deserves a score 10. Couple of parking options around even 2 free. Parking on the street is possible but pay attention as the apartment is in central street 2 blocks from the main square it is ZTL zone which is not open always. Ticket for entry in ZTL goes automatically if ZTL is closed. Pay attention to this. We went in March and ZTL was open all the time so we could park even on city parking in front of the apartment (4 parking places). Great location for a stay for a visit of whole Tuscan area. Highly recommended.
