Security guard gave hard time insisting on getting the room which I had no idea about.I showed my booking confirmation and pleaded with him to approach the lobby but he wouldn't budge The room was very small, the elevators had no air-conditioning not even a fan, you will sweat if you live in high floors

Smaller than indicated ( around 20 m2) , the table with glass top should be round otherwise dangerous.

The apartment was very small, bed not comfortable. The fact that there are no body is on site that can help you immediately if you wanted something or help . The reception people had nothing to do with the apartment. No hot water in the wash basin . One small face towel was available for 2 persons. One small toilet roll was provided which finished before we left, no bathroom toiletries. We thought that the reception persons will help us but they said that they had nothing to do with the apartment. When leaving the reception were not even willing to call us a taxi and told us that we have to go to the road side to get one if one passes. Iam 76 years old and after complaining, one security guard called a taxi. We were asked to leave the flat clean and dispose of the garbage ourselves. We booked this apartment thinking that we will be treated like we are in a hotel or serviced apartment but that was not the case . I will not book this apartment for a short time but if I was to stay for a long time , perhaps I will consider it. The apartment needs some minor repairs . I hope I have explained my stay clearly. Booking. Com should give more attention and explanation to the would be tenants so that they know what they are getting very clearly .

Studio was perfect for short or long term accommodation Host Ms Gracey was kind enough to accommodate me 10am check in. And also fixed for biget in WC and also placed new TV in the room. Excellence service. Flat we super clean and super nice. The beacon is well managed residential building. Very good staff at reception at ground floor. Only issue I faced with my host is she mentioned size of flat is 290sqft(27sqt) But it was 21 sq mt(approx 220sq ft

I love the place it's very clean and quiet. I stayed for 15 days I have all I need from kitchen utensil, equipments to bathroom amenities. I like the location of the building it's very near to my target destinations. The place is very near to Malls and Super Market. Have a lot of restuarant options around the building. The owner was very friendly and hands-on to my needs, a big shout out for her honesty, I was rushing when I check-out to catch my flight and left my gold ring in the unit. I got a message with a picture where I left my ring. Definitely made my short stay superb! Over all I recommend the place!

There is power issue in the building but thanks to Ms. G for a quick actions
