Everything, great location to visit all the beaches nearby including Clacton Pier. Lovely, clean, modern caravan with all the amenities available and comfortable, cosy beds, lovely host that met us and gave us keys, showed us around the caravan and let us know they were nearby in case we needed anything. The park is modern with swimming pools, arcade and other facilities.

Just a suggestion to have a concrete/stone or wooden patio area so not to bring mud and grass in as some days can be very wet

"We had fun making family memmories but wished the site had of been more dog friendly and you didn’t have to pay so much"

The caravan was lovely & it was nice that we were able to all be together.

I think that the property would benefit from a wrap around patio so the door could be left open. Kept taking mud into the van as muddy grass.
