HaPPy Inn Ugnė, The studio is in the heart of the old town, self-check-in, car-parking

We were given a code to enter the building and apartment a day before, which they claim it changes with every booking. However, on our last night at around 5 AM, we were woken up by a group of strangers entering our room! Once they realized the place was occupied, they left, but it seemed like they waited outside in front of the apartment for hours waiting for us to leave… When I reported it to the host, they completely dismissed it, claiming their “door history” showed it wasn’t unlocked (Which I assume they checked remotely) and just ignored my follow up message since. Both me and my partner are sure of what happened and have no reason to make this up. I’m not sure if this was a mix-up with the bookings or something else but definitely a security issue and wasn’t handled properly.

Steps from old town and the bus. WiFi was fast.

Very nice and clean studio in the perfect location with everything what I needed. Quiet street in the town centre and quiet neighbours. Detailed guidelines for check-in. Luggage storage was very useful as my flight was in the evening. Good communication with host. I liked everything.
