"Villa 2401 issues at San lameer"

The resort is well maintained and looks beautiful

The lady's working at the reception are very rude, the hair dryer blowup in my hand as I plugged it into the wall socket, the main bedroom had a strong paint smell due to this we couldn't sleep there, the dishes were not clean when we arrived and the dishwasher did not have any capsules, the single toilet did not have a key to lock the door. When I reported the above issues to the Top Destinations support number the guy said someone will come to you assist us but no one came. This was very sad.

"Fabulous stay at Villa 2401 for a family of 4!!"

The unit was fantastic, we were 2 adults and 2 kids and had more than enough space for everyone. The unit was beautifully furnished and had everything that you needed. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to be back!

Everything, the whole facility, things you can do in and around the area. Privacy, respect you get from other residents. Quiet and peaceful of mind. Private beach was a big plus..

Nothing, except that the main bedroom aircon couldn't get warm at night when we needed to warm our room. But it's not a big deal at all. We overall enjoyed our stay
