Walk to Everything From The Lofts Suite 307

Never got the access keys. Contacted the host and booking, but was stranded on the street from 9:30 PM. Had to book another hotel. Don't book if you can avoid.

Any response from the people who manage this property would have been nice.

no breakfast offered the Loft is in a good location the only issue is that it is very crowded and noisy - i have stayed at the Lofts several times this was the first time that the noise from the street was easily heard and was quite disturbing

as mentioned the room this time was quite noisy until very late or in the early morning

The location of this is phenomenal. Getting to it is kind of tricky but once inside you will be very happy. Spacious with a full kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom & walk-in closet.

The check in was difficult with luggage & they had me at the wrong room.

I got off of the elevator to go outside and the front desk lady quickly approached me as if she just sits and watches the cameras. She asked if I had seen a "shopping card". Confused, I asked what is a shopping card? She responded and said someone told her that someone took a shopping card. Offended, I asked her...why are you asking me if you have full occupancy???? Then she walked off. On our last day it was about 10am and we walked outside. Just like before she followed me outside and asked if I was checking out. I felt stalked st this point That was an extremely weird, uncomfortable, and awkward situation.

It’s In a great location you can walk too everything will definitely stay there again

The location is fabulous with restaurants and shops all around. The lodging was well equipped and large enough.

The windows were all very high so you couldn’t look out. It felt a bit like a cell. The toilet didn’t flush properly. The phone number given to reach staff was answered by a Spanish recording with no option for English.
