GBThe owner gave a very detailed instruction on how & where to collect keys, where to park etc. Friendly and quick to reply to messages. Rooms were clean. Comfortable stay.
Wasn't sure how to turn on the TV but we didn't need it throughout our 5-day stay there anyway.

MYMYMYCleanliness, huge condominium, complete amenities, functioning Aircon and water heater, washing machine, Fridge, utensils, comfortable bed, dinning table, sofa. Excellent unit.

Some facilities not up to standard. The iron & ironing board provided are of very low quality. The bed not comfortable with one of the bed in the smaller bedroom squeaky & you can feel the bed springs torturing your back. Time to check out a bit early at 11am. Check out time should be at least 12.30 pm. Check in time a bit late at 3 pm. Check in time should be at least 1.30 pm or 2 pm.
MYThe host is super efficient like superman! We informed him of some items need to be fixed / changed and he wasted no time and got it done! Just a bit more to touch up the unit it'll be perfect like living in your own home! 🥂
The towels had damped smell due to bad weather. Could have checked before guests arrival.
MYThe staff is very helpful and friendly. Location of the accomodation is just above shopping mall. Carpark provided.
No dryer machine for clothes.
