Great communication from the host, parking spot very convenient. The flat itself was very clean, had lots of room and natural light, excellent facilities and great location, few minutes walk to the beach.

My fiance found the mattress a little uncomfortable

A second hand rail on the right hand side of the stairs would be very beneficial!

It was a lovely property that felt very homely, definitely worth the stay; facilities were clean and accessible. The rooms were spacious and overall a comfortable stay.

The outside was a little off-putting but as soon as we got inside we were very satisfied

The location and layout of the flat were great and parking space a real bonus in Brighton

Only one small issue that the double bed is against the wall so difficult for one of a couple getting out of bed during the night
