GBStayed here for the RHS Flower Festival at Hampton Court Palace and was very convenient for that; on direct bus route 10 mins and walked back about 25 mins. The apartment was clean, spacious, well appointed and excellent. The pub downstairs was lovely and food in the evening great. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
No onsite parking but plenty of parking on residential side streets nearby. Only slight niggle with the apartment was the small kitchenette: it was lovely, had everything needed but the sink was too small for some of the crockery (small point I know) and the massive, expensive toaster was just far too big!!! :).
CAIt was in a good neighbourhood and it was aesthetically pleasing.

Nothing we did not like, the only reason it got a 9 was the church bells, which cannot be helped but did go off quite a lot there may have been a wedding .

GBGBThe property was stunning and immaculate. Bathroom was beautiful, with roll top bath and double shower. 😍never seen such beautiful tile work. Everything was 5 star. Thought the kitchenette in a cupboard was brilliant. Very comfortable bed. And plenty of storage and hangers. The staff were all lovely and so helpful and friendly. Great to be able to have good quality food, breakfast and dinner in the lovely courtyard or restaurant. Hope I’ll find a reason to go back.
Nothing. Two flights of stairs is good excercise and I was very appreciative of help with suitcase up the stairs. I would probably put something in the bathroom to put clothes on and a hook on the door.
JEApartment stylish and very comfortable. Every detail thought of. 3 of us in the apartment and plenty of room. Sofa bed as comfortable as the best beds. Lovely staff and good food downstairs. 10 minute walk from station and 10 minute bus ride to Hampton Court. Cannot recommend highly enough. Stayed 2 & 3 July 2025
There was nothing I didn't like
GBVery spacious and well equipped. Very tasteful. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Attention to detail was throughout the apartment. Staff were really helpful.
