Yasmin was very prompt and friendly and kept in regular contact.
Bathroom sink a bit small - so not great for shaving. A microwave would be good.

Very modern, clean and tidy from the moment I entered the building, even if I was on the top floor.
I only had 1 bath towels and no hand towel. Usually they would be extra towels in anywhere I stay. So this was either a one time error or should be changed. Also disappointing that there was no hot water from the sink, even after running the water long enough.

Conviennent to station and museum and cheap. Yasmin was amazing and made sure I had everything I needed. Great service.
Surrounded by pubs with loud music that only stopped around 5am! Take ear plugs.

Good location, short walk from station, short walk from multiple shops
odd smell coming out of shower - flagged to host and they welcomed feedback and said they would into it. I would have enjoyed it more if there was a microwave and a fridge.
