Sunset View, Hot Tub Haven for max 8 people

The man who we dealt with seemed abrupt,the cleaner let my daughter in early because she had a baby,she was told by him she shouldn't of been in until all the inspection had been done,my other daughter was told to remove a towel from the hot tub lid in case it caused any damage !!!, apart from that the accommodation was brilliant.

It’s clean, modern, comfy and cosy - the beds were really comfortable and there was plenty lounging and dining space for the group size. The kitchen was well equipped, good sized dining space and the outdoor area is perfect. Robes and slippers were a really nice touch, as were toiletries in all bathrooms. We watched the most beautiful sunset during our stay from the hot tub, it was the perfect quiet getaway. Highly recommend staying here!

It might be outwith the hosts control, but on Saturday morning a shooting club parked right outside our accommodation as we were about to use the hot tub. It felt intrusive and a little bit uncomfortable having men shooting ducks right outside our living space :(

The location was beautiful, the robes and slippers were appreciated.

The fan setting on the oven didn’t work there was no manual and we eventually managed to use a different setting on the oven. There were issues with the drains, one of the showers didn’t drain and flooded into the bedroom. The dishwasher leaked, but was fixed quickly. We didn’t appreciate the response when someone came to look at the shower and were told the issue was people showering dogs and rinsing wetsuits. We had done neither. If this is an issue, it should be communicated in the rules. An outside tap may help if this is causing the issues with the drains. Whilst the house could have been amazing, these issues are not what you’d expect when paying £400 a night.

Didn’t know how to refill the jacuzzi and couldn’t use it after first night

Great open plan kitchen/living area, good for big groups. Outdoor seating area and hot tub were excellent. Very comfy beds with nice bedding. Clean and spacious.

Could have done with some essentials for cooking e.g. salt/pepper/oil. And heatproof mats for the dining table.

Lovely modern conversion property in a splendid location. All the facilities you could want, easy to access, good parking, plenty of space, bedding and towels provided and good quality. Hot tub much appreciated. Youngsters liked the air hockey.

Upper room sloping ceilings under the roof took a while to get used to, especially for tall folk.
