"Beautiful spacious flat house night next to the train station!"

The flat is beautiful, exactly as the pics show it, and in a great location, really spacious and the included parking was a great perk! The owner is really nice and got back to us quickly any time I had a query. We would stay here any time we were visiting London!

Dodgy smell in the main bathroom, we just kept that door closed.

"Excellent handling in a crisis"

A few days before arrival, the host Chris rang me to say there was a maintenance problem with the property, he made other arrangements for us with a different host. Chris was extremely helpful, polite and understanding when I felt a little apprehensive about the whole thing.

I think I may have felt a little less apprehensive if initial contact had been made through booking.coms message service, but really appreciated how conscientious Chris was.
