Beautiful apartment, spacious and elegant. Fantastic location. The hosts were very prompt and helpful with any issues we had.

It hadn’t been checked before our arrival. The plugs in the sink and bath didn’t work, the toilet seat was broken and some of the lights and all the appliances in the kitchen weren’t working due to a blown fuse which was only discovered the following day. This affected the heating as well (as in there was none)

"Beautiful, spacious apartment in the heart of Trento - the pictures don't lie!"

Location was terrific. The apartment was spacious and comfortable - exactly as the pictures portrayed it. I would absolutely stay there again. It felt homey.

I would have liked a text number for the hosts - I felt like I wouldn't be able to reach them effectively if I really needed to (luckily I didn't have any issues). Still, I asked a few questions after we checked in that went unanswered. Next time, I would want them to provide a text, not an email. There was no washer machine, and I thought there was one (perhaps what they called the washer machine, I refer to as a dishwasher?) Note one bathroom does not have a full shower stall, but a tub with a handheld spray. The other bathroom had a stall (and it was small).

The apartment was spacious, clean, and looked as advertised. It is located in a very convenient location within the historic center of Trento.

One of the reasons I selected this unit was for the bathtub. It was unfortunately out of service.

"Superb"

The apartment is beautiful and the location is fabulous right in the centre of Trento.

The apartment is very classy, but could do with an instruction manual on how things like the TV & AirCon work. When we queried this property manager was very helpful & all problems were resolved.
