Lots of space for a large group. Rooms clean and tidy. Plenty of crockery etc to use.

There was a Tesco shopping trolley in the front garden. The garden could do with being maintained, some weeding and tidying up would make it a lot more appealing to use.

"A perfect location and house for small gatherings of friends and family."

Great location, spacious and great for spending time with family. We particularly liked the big table and the ability to move from the kitchen to the dining area to the outdoor space.

Most things were generously provided for but i think if you are able to cater for 11 people you do need more kitchen equipment and cutlery etc.
