Not much. Location was good though

When we arrived at the property, we were disappointed to find it had not been cleaned as expected. There was gum on the walls, unmopped floors, and dark male hair in the sink, on the bed, and even under the sheets. The sheets were also stained, and the toilet brush was broken. My friend and I were so disgusted that we had to cover the bed with towels just to sleep on it. When I reached out to the host, he seemed uncooperative and only offered a refund for the cleaning fee, which was just 10% of what we paid. He didn’t apologize at all or tried to make things right.In the end, we only received a portion of the promised 10% refund in cash. The Jacuzzi on the second floor was also cold, making it unusuable.

Good zone, easy way to get in and out.

The property does not have a private pool as advertised. Instead, the pool is shared among dozens of apartments within the complex. Given this, the price is unjustifiably high.

Owner was nice, great view, comfy bed

The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. It is in a great neighborhood, and it felt very safe. The view of the city from the 12th floor is fantastic.

The location was good for us. The place was clean and met our expectations.

When it rained one of the windows would leak and water would pool on the floor. This is an easy fix and should be addressed for future renters.

Terrific location and good facilities. Everything in the apartment matched the description and the photos.

Very clumsy payment procedure which involved having to get cash or suffer a 10% surcharge. Extremely early checkout time which only became reasonable as we waited for the person to locate us at the pool so that we could hand over the cash.
