The location, the prompt attention and response to complain, the room was well equipped and clean and the space was adequate

Our first couple of days was abit rough as it gets hot in the night and there were mosquitos if u keep the door open. I complained to the host and she promptly sent someone to operate the AC (which has its switch hidden in an awkward place) and also brought new insecticide. After the first couple of days (nights) our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Cap Town. La sécurité du bâtiment est très rassurante et l’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel. L’appartement était d’une propreté impeccable, très cosy et joliment décoré, avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi. La literie est très confortable ce qui permet de bien se reposer après une journée de visite.

il aurait été pratique d’avoir au moins une prise électrique européenne pour recharger facilement nos appareils.

I liked everything

The wifi stopped in the morning and someone was smoking weed in the building even though smoking inside is not permitted.

The apartment was beautiful, and comfortable. It had everything I needed. The location was good, it was close to everything I wanted to do and restaurants.

Had a problem with getting my keys upon arrival, the lockbox code didn't work so it was kind of frustrating coz I was really tired and just wanted to get into the apartment.

No breakfast provided n hosts no where to be seen in 7days managers which are both ladies were phned by me several times n failed to show up or meet me

False advertising my room was city facing but on the website they give the impression it's all view around mountain n ocean and city view it's not and only 1set of towels given for 7days it's a joke
