"Huge disappointment and we had to quickly find alternative place to stay via other platform."

We do not like the unit at all and check out immediately. We did not even stay in for a night. We request for a refund but was rejected. Entrance to the unit was dirty and disorderly - definitely not a welcoming sight!

The unit was far from expectation. There’s no lift facilities and we had to carry our big luggages up to the unit. Stair/walkway was dirty, unpleasant, saw some sight of spits and rubbish along the stairs. There’s no air conditioning with exception of fan in the bed room. We are here during summer and with the heat temperature it’s impossible to stay. The sofa look old, dirty and with spots. Saw a few fly and insects lingering around upon entering the unit.
