"Could be nice if maintenanced and equipped properly."

Located in buckhead with easy access to midtown and highways. Washer and dryer was nice to have for longer stay. En-suite bathroom for one of the bedrooms. Pleasant building staff.

Felt economy. Separate rental agreement, security deposit, and parking fee required by property. Only one key provided - makes it difficult to coordinate coming/going. Kitchen is not adequately equipped for longer stays - 3 spoons and forks? Bedroom furniture, kitchen lights, dishwasher, and bathroom/kitchen faucets poorly maintained. Blinds are not black-out and have stains in master bedroom. Water pressure was super low. Building elevator and hallways smell of food and weed.

"Trap"

The owner was very unprofessional Unorganized and no help what so ever. Made us miss our flight back home, lied about refunds and filing a case for the next business day. Kept inputting vehicle information in wrong for us booted the ENTIRE STAY. This was the worst stay ever. She wanted us to sit out in the cold with no where to go.

"NEVER AGAIN!"

I am a traveler. To make it easier for the cleaning crew, my friends, family and I clean what we can because it’s only right but I have NEVER been asked to wash the linens/take out trash/clean before leaving and still get charged a cleaning fee. $155 at that! I’ve also NEVER been charged for using toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. I would’ve brought my own. My son paid for parking and they still deducted it from my deposit. They deducted $36.50 which does not add up. I’m disgusted. People are greedy and scammers. It seems these people look to charge for anything. Keep looking unless you want to be scammed and charged extra fees. These people are ridiculous. I could have caught another flight for what they charged me. This was absolutely ridiculous.
