Extremely good location. Easy access with the lock box. Staff responded to queries well. Good communication throughout stay. Walking distance from basically anywhere in the city.

The sofa bed isn’t vey clean at all, I cant imagine it being fit for purpose much longer. Bad stains on the mattress and the mattress protector provided was badly stained also. The bed linen itself was fresh and clean although my nieces were very aware of the stains they were laying on top off. Very minor issue but we only had one toilet roll provided per bathroom so we needed to get some and the bathroom bins had no bags in, so we had to throw waste into it anyway. The general surfaces were quite dusty but overall still very tidy. Although we were happy to pay, it was still quite expensive for 2 nights and the early check out time of 10am.

The location is great, very close to all main attractions. The communication with the host was one of the best I had, they are very responsive and provided clear instructions to check in a checkout. I opted for the deposit and they returned in less than expected.

The place could work a full cleanup. Not something my very disturbing but there was dust in some places and the furniture has worn out

This property was extremely central and close to all. Staff replied to all my inquiries instantly and were very accommodating. The apartment was spotless, had all the amenities needed and was very spacious.

When we arrived it was apparent the apartment had not been cleaned after the last guests. There were dirty towels with visible stains, un-made beds, un-flushed toilets and dirty bathroom floors and food in the sink. It was also apparent that the apartment had not been vacuumed. I contacted their Helpdesk and submitted photos, but no discount was offered and after a six and a half hour journey, it was really saddening!!
