"Nice place! Clean and quaint!"

It was clean and quaint. The beds and couches were comfortable.

Suggestions: change or remove the bath mat it is discolored and and unsightly (kinda gross looking). There is only one mirror in the entire home (the one in the bathroom) I suggest you do a couple behind the bedroom door full body mirrors or a couple of wall mirrors throughout.
