AURoom not available on arrival. Tried to book me into more expensive lodgings elsewhere. Left me standing on side of road at 8pm. Disappeared. Then attempted to take payment.

VNMình đặt đây nhiều lần rồi, mấy lần trước ok lắm ạ nhưng mà hình như sau đợt home yêu cầu mình trả nhiều tiền gấp đôi so với booking thì thái độ anh chị nhân viên khác hẳn. Lúc mình nhận phòng 2h thì nhắn tin zl không rep, gọi điện tắt máy ngang, phiền 2 bạn nếu không muốn nhận khách hay là tăng giá gấp đôi thì ít nhất cũng thông báo với khách nhé 😃
GBĐi công tác nên đánh giá cao phòng yên tĩnh, wifi mạnh và có hồ bơi miễn phí. Thang máy chậm vào trưa chiều. Xin cảm ơn

The rooms wasn’t clean, especially the bathroom, the bed sheets haven’t been changed so I have to washed them. When you contacted them regarding of the cleanliness they didn’t bother to respond.
