"Not to happy."

The weather was fantastic and location is great.

The apartment didn't match up to pictures, Two of the beds were broke so my child had to sleep on the floor and so did we. I always check for that as we have had same experience before. 7 people stayed and we had 5 towels. Didn't have scissors a basic thing.

Bon emplacement, endroit calme.

Logement mal entretenu. Arrivée à 15H. Dans le couloir d'entrée il y a : 3 grands sacs poubelles, 1 sac de linge sale, des balais et produits de nettoyage. Il a fallu 4 appels pour réussir à faire enlever le tout à 20 h. Nous avons retrouvé un slip et des mégots de cannabis. Un sommier cassé repose sur le sol (réparé le lendemain) manque du linge de maison, une poignée de porte de chambre non fixée tombe. Le panier suppérieur du lave vaisselle tombe, le panier inférieur fait basculer l'appareil. Le réfrigérateur-congélateur fait du givre, les portes ferment mal. La plaque de cuisson fonctionne mal. La table est sale et collante, nous avons du acheter une nappe. Vaisselle insuffisante pour 9 personnes. Manque au descriptif : Protection de table à repasser et fer, 1 seule TV inutilisable car pas de connectique pour les signaux, pas d'articles de toilette. Il a fallu plusieurs jours pour avoir un deuxième jeu de clefs. L'alarme s'est déclenchée sans raisons le troisième jour, le gestionnaire ne connaissait pas le code. Il n'y a pas de rideaux occultants dans le séjour avec le canapé-lit. Le gestionnaire nous réclamme 100€ pour des dégats au canapé que nous n'avons ni causé ni constaté. Il nous a envoyé ce message le lendemain de notre retour : Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us! We truly appreciate your support and always strive to deliver the best experience possible.
