Felt different because we did not see the staff, this is the first time we've experienced this , but had a lovely stay. Had everything we needed, including a fridge. Little extras with biscuits, crisps, and pasties. Would highly recommend Thank you
If we were picky, the only thing was the bathroom was very small, but we understand that with the design, the building

We love everything about this place,it just suits us, think weve stayed about 4 times now.We love the nice little touches and I was so touched yesterday when I arrived at the room there was a thankyou card and chocolates in a gift bag hanging on the door, that was really nice thankyou xx
