Lovely room, everything we needed.

Lovely place! nice little touches, snacks, water avaible and extras are available if you need them. Nicest, cheapest place I have ever stayed in blackpool and we go quite a bit.

Exceptionally well organised and clean room. Room was in perfect condition and clean and tidy. Small fridge was available in the room and refreshments were available for no extra cost. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Blackpool. Location was great, only a few minutes from Coral Island.

Bathroom quite small but was more than manageable.

Beautiful room, tastefully decorated. Had a separate dressing room area which was useful. They left a lovely gift for our wedding anniversary which was so thoughtful, plus little extras in the fridge. Would definitely recommend this little gem in Blackpool

Our room was immaculately clean, the furnishings were very modern and stylish decor. Everything looked brand new! We had a separate dressing room area with a table and chairs, which was very handy. The host provided bottled water, bottles of fresh orange, crisps and biscuits, which was a lovely touch! Bathroom had complimentary toiletries- trial size shampoo, shower gel, lotions, also shower caps! The room / studio was very well equipped with a mini fridge. Shower room absolutely spotless…one of the nicest rooms you’ll find in Blackpool for the price paid.

An iron would have been a great addition to a perfect room, but I understand this may not be provided for safety reasons.

Lovely property with everything I needed for my stay. The instructions for checking in and out were clear and the room was perfect for me. Really clean and lovely bedding I slept very well. Mini fridge and little table and chair is an excellent touch. Plenty of toiletries and tea and coffee and biscuits. My hosts were amazing always answered questions quickly and even surprised me with a birthday gift. I would absolutely come back to visit and recommend this place to anyone visiting Blackpool.

Nothing it was truly lovely

Everything, room very large, spotless, bed very comfy, a table and chairs to have your cuppa on, plenty of tea, coffee etc, plus biscuits, crisps and water in the table top fridge. Very quiet there. Large TV. A very attractive place, shower excellent. I would recommend it to everyone.

There was nothing you could dislike. I've stayed in a few hotels in Blackpool but nothing as smart as this one,
