Sunshine's house near the beach, 10 min from the airport

Unfortunately the last 2 persons who stayed at this place right before we were about to described the place as dirty and filled the warms. I contacted the host for them to confirm the place was clean and the answer was "we are in the country" so this can happen. I asked for a cancellations twice on their part as I was not about to stay in the place with insects and I have a 6yo traveling with me. They refused. I even contacted Booking and got complete silence. So I ended up loosing the money and booking elsewhere.

The location was convient. This was a last minute booking due to a change in plans.

There weren't clear instructions on how to get in. We told them what time we would arrive, but that didn't help. The host was difficult to contact,but we finally heard back from her on how to get inside. The next day she showed up & asked for 9€ for "taxes" & really tried to convince us to use her as our taxi. The sofa bed was gross & dirty. There were actually worms on it when we took the cover off to open it up!!!! We found worms in the kitchen & bathroom during our stay--10 total! They were what I would call earth worms. Gross! The whole house needs a good cleaning!

It is close to the airport. It is in a quiet area.

There is no sign on the property to tell you that you are at the right place (flying under the radar I guess). The windows were open so when we arrived at 5.30pm (in February) the place was freezing. The heaters were ineffective. They need FAR better instructions for the air-conditioning unit in the bedroom as we couldn't get it working and we didn't get a response regarding this till 8.30pm (we had a very early flight the next morning). There is nothing in the vicinity (in low season when we were there). We did find one gyros place open, so at least we got food. The taxi in the morning wad 20 euros (Summer's mum). 10 minutes...

I like the fact that it was very close to the airport

There was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom that eventually took over the whole place it was hard to relax and sleep

It was close to the airport and the beach. Very convenient. The accommodation was clean and well presented.

The house is close to the airport, if you need to stay before early flight it is convenient, calm citty, beach is close to the apartments, a few coffee shops can be found around the block.

The stay was pretty unpleasant as there were cockroaches found in the kitchen, especially you can spot them on the move at night, the only AC working was in the bedroom. I noticed there is also no curtain on the bathroom's window through which the neighbours 2nd floor windows can be easily seen (just some lack of privacy). As for the area it is quite calm, not a lot of people. Please note there is no sidewalk if you decide to take a walk to the cafe or market, so you need to be careful with the cars. I guess you get what you pay for, but we hoped that the owners have dealt with the insect problem already. I'd suggest if you just need a one or two night stay, just take airport hotel.

The location was close to a beach, bus stop and a shop. There were very little tourists. We had a lot of privacy.

There were cockroaches. And the interior wasn't the prettiest but it was okay.

I loved the cosy feel. Felt like home. Great it wasn't to far from the beach. Close to amenities.
