Höga steg i och utanför lägenheten, inte lämplig för personer med höft eller knäproblem.

L emplacement, les conseils de visite, la luminosité de l appartement. La taille de l appart est parfaite pour un couple. Le prix. Le fait que la personne soit arrangeante (on a pu arriver un peu plus tot). J ai apprécié aussi qu il y ait ds l appart de l huile, du sel, ... et d autres choses. Ca nous a permis de ne pas tt racheter. La douche fonctionne bien contrairement à ce que j ai pu lire ds les commentaires.

Comme partout, il y a des petites choses à ameliorer dans l appart : renforcer un peu l isolation (la nuit c est assez calme mais on peut entendre les voisins rentrer). Un volet a reparer. Le rideau à blanchir. Il faudrait acheter un peu plus de mugs et peut etre une bouilloire qui n est pas en plastique et une poele sans tefal. 😀

Buenas experiencia, da instrucciones muy claras y útiles para el check in, consejos para visitar la ciudad, donde comer, etc. Piso recomendable, limpio y buena capacidad para 3 adultos.

La persiana del salón está rota

A wonderful location, pretty close to city centre and other attractions, just a couple minutes by foot. It wasn’t too noisy, we were able too sleep just fine. Had everything we needed there and the owner always gave us the feeling that he was there in case of anything.

The bathroom did smell a bit sometimes. We didn’t really investigate the root cause for that, but usually it wasn’t a problem when we left the door and the window open.

Ascenseur disponible, proximité vieille ville, hôte fort sympathique.

Le vendría bien una remodelación

As fotos correspondem exatamente ao apartamento! É um pequeno apartamento com um quarto e casa de banho interior, mas que tem disponível tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia! A localização é incrível! Durante a estadia o chuveiro partiu-se, mas o Manuel prontamente se disponibilizou para no mesmo dia ir lá substituir o chuveiro e resolveu o problema de forma muito simples e atenciosa! Boa localização! Sem dúvida que se encontra bem localizado. É possível ir a todos os locais em Sevilha a pé, sendo que se encontra muito perto de vários locais conhecidos! A simpatia e hospitalidade do Manuel é algo notável e de muito valor! É possível fazer check-in 24h, o que também é ótimo! O ar condicionado é uma mais valia nos meses de verão! Pelo preço não podíamos pedir melhor!!! Custo benefício ótimo!

Barulho de obras na rua. A culpa claramente não é do Manuel, que é muito simpático, mas o barulho das obras na rua é bastante incomodo para quem quer dormir um bocadinho mais durante a manhã. Claro que isto será algo temporário e por isso, não creio que seja algo a valorizar muito. Paredes e portas um pouco desgastadas, mas acredito que devido ao mau uso por parte dos hóspedes! A situação mais chata é a limpeza, que não é ótima, mas apesar disso diria que é boa!

Horrible apartment.

The photos make the apartment look a lot larger than it is. The fridge door could not be opened fully as the sofa bed was too close and there was no room to move the sofa bed further away. The bedroom was completely internal with no windows, and the bathroom opened off the bedroom so if someone was using the sofa bed, they had to walk through the bedroom to access the bathroom and toilet. Extremely small bedroom. We needed to use the sofa bed and no linen was supplied despite messaging the owner. When we arrived, we received a message to say the toilet flush system was broken, and we would have to put our hand in the cistern to flush the toilet. Absolutely not acceptable, The entrance to the apartment was scruffy and had cleaning utensils around old aircon units. We decided we could not stay under these circumstances and paid for another apartment. The owner has refused to give us any credit at all, even with the broken toilet. Booking. Com is giving us a small credit but the apartment should be avoided at all costs.
