Location.
Was smaller than I expected. Photos seem far more spacious than actual place. Pipes (plumbing sound) made noise every night. Some didn’t bother but older seniors had trouble w/interruptive ‘leak noise’.

"Location amazing! Unit and property facilities need some TLC"

Location was amazing! It was close to the water, boat launch and state line.
The unit definitely needs some TLC. The furniture was worn, the carpet was dirty and showing its’ age, the barbecue didn’t hold a temp and we had to switch the tri tip to the oven. The facility itself also needed some love as well. The gym was DIRTY and didn’t have a source for water nor hand sanitizer. The chairs at the pool need to be replaced or cared for.
