Quality of place, so close to the beach , with the tropical garden by the houses as the same time. Hospitality of the personel at the highest level. Friendly and kindly people . Very tasty Indian style breakfast.

the property manager’s attitude was horrible!!

the property was showing to be located at the beach, however its one street away - so, it quite misleading information. breakfast service was horrible- they took 90 minutes to prepare the breakfast and on last day even a lizard had fallen in our food!

Nice big room, and quite comfortable. An older establishment, but clearly well maintained. I always enjoy finds like this, it's like a throwback to the way Goa was some time back. The staff was friendly and attentive. No issues with the place at all. It's 20m from the beach, with shops and loads of restaurants around. I found out the Morjim areas is where the Russians congregate in Goa, so all the restaurants had Russian food options, which I thought was kinda cool.

Something that is not really any fault of the resort, but the beachfront establishment across the street from them plays booming EDM most of the day. It was playing when I arrived at 2pm and went on until past 10PM. And this was a quiet time of year, with few guests, so it might go on all night during peak season. In my room it was a low thumping in the background. Not quite disturbing, but definitely noticeable.
