Fabulous 5Bd Single Family at Champions Gate Resort 8988

Champions gate resort was awesome the staff there were great and the amenities were fun.

The house was not at all as advertised it had lots of damaged or broken furniture that they tried to poorly "fix". There was mold on the bathroom wall. It was advertised as a non-smoking house but the smell of cigarettes was so strong. When we complained about the smell and the mold and asked to be transferred to a different house and we would pay the difference in cost as we have a child with asthma and a newborn they told us that was not possible even though I found multiple properties that were available. They came in and sprayed fabreez and said it was better. When we complained their air freshener did not work they brought a machine and told us to plug it in but that we were not allowed to be in the house for 1-4 hours while it ran and then 2-4 hours after it turned off. We tried every way to contact them to tell them we were not comfortable running the machine they completely ghosted me and would not respond at all. Or they would respond with thank you for your feedback. They also were watching us on the ring camera and they would come into the house when we left it happened twice that we know of because we had a large group and some of us were still in the house and they thought we had left. They showed up 5 min after we left both times and entered without knocking ringing the door bell or notifying us they were coming. When we walked in on them walking in they got a shocked face and stumbled over their words and just left. Also the beds in the kids room were bunk beds and there was no blankets on the top bunk or the pull out trundle bed underneath only sheets so some of the kids only had a sheet to sleep with. If it advertised that they had that many beds then they should have enough bedding for all the beds. Their customer service was horrible and the house was nothing as advertised do not waste your money.

The house was beautiful and very spacious. We had a great time using the pool and hot tub everyday. Any questions I had were promptly answered.

There was a lot of traffic between the house and the theme parks but that is no fault of theirs.

As instalações eram amplas, contava com lavanderia e cozinha completas, em condomínio limpo e seguro, vizinhança silenciosa. Excelente custo-benefício. Acomodou confortavelmente minha família e amigos (08 pessoas) - acredito que acomodaria bem até mesmo grupos maiores (12 a 14 pessoas).

A limpeza não era compatível com o padrão da propriedade (nós mesmos realizamos uma limpeza no dia de check-in). Haviam móveis quebrados (uma cama e o sofá principal da sala). Faltava água quente quando todos estavam tomando banho.
