Layout and floorplan, quietness, parking space, drive-up front door access, responsiveness of host and staff, the method of checking in/out. NOTE: A previous guest may have added soap or bubble bath to the hot tub as it foamed over very heavily when running. After contacting the owner, two very courteous staff members quickly came to the property to drain, clean, re-fill, and balance the chemical. Our family appreciated the quick response. The hot tub was great!

Some things needing attention included a broken bathroom toilet paper holder in the lower-level bathroom, broken deckchair, upstairs bedroom chair pulling apart, damaged felt on pool table, wall bracket for storing pool cue sticks was broken, several damaged window blinds, scratches and flaw marks on interior walls, hornet nest on the left underside of the top deck, burned out ceiling lights here and there. We're not complaining about these things, just pointing them out as the staff seems to be aware and is working to make positive improvements.

The beds were very comfortable & huge . Bathroom were nice as well

Location was not easy to get into , roads were winding & narrow & dangerous
