Comfortable, small, but lovely place. The host is helpful, responsive, made us feel welcome.

No negative feeling at all

The house is very neat and tidy, well thought out, all facilities are in a great condition, and you have everything you need, even some toys for small children. The management is very responsive.

The neighborhood is somewhat noisy. I know that Liverpoolians are very social, and this has affected your sleep. In our case it was the Summer Solstice day so a lot of neighbors were celebrating on the street until midnight. After celebrating, some person sat down in his car and started revving the engine. A couple of other things that did not help sleeping were a squeaky mattress on my twin bed, and also squeaky stairs on the way to the bathroom which is not on the same levels with bedrooms.

Property was spotless and to a high standard

The property was tastefully finished with lots of equipment and facilities. The location was close to Anfield which is why we went. It was not expensive to get a taxi into the centre. There was plenty of street parking

The bathroom was downstairs with steep stairs - just a warning for the not so mobile people

Stayed here and it was exactly what we needed. The place is spotless and well presented, with everything you would expect to find in a proper home. Parking just outside the property. Fast broadband and TV with streaming service. The kitchen and toilet had all the essentials, the living space was comfortable, and the overall setup made it easy to relax. The host was excellent. Very responsive and helpful from the moment we booked. You can tell they take pride in the place. It really felt like staying in someone’s well-kept home rather than just another rental. Would happy stay again. Highly recommend booking this property if you are staying Liverpool and it’s available.

Great location, exceptional communication and brilliant facilities and value for money

The house was very clean and quite comfortable enough for a weekend.

Loved this little house , like something out of the cobbles of Corrie but with a modernised twist. Host eaily contactable. Beds comfy. We were there to do the Anfield tour and the location was perfect , albeit its right bes9de Goodison Park which our 6 year old was not impressed with 😅😅

Only thing to recommend host is curtains in the bedrooms , the blinds don't cut it but again that didn't have a massive impact on our stay.
