Cute stylish condo

It was hot, AC wasn’t working to full capacity. Owner stayed they would send someone to look at but nobody ever showed up. It was 80 degrees in the condo, we were sweating sleeping, watching TV and showering. There were roaches and black bugs in the Condo, we made them aware two separate times and they stayed they would address it immediately but nobody ever came. The kitchen has no fan or AC vents so cooking was very hot. The ice maker in the refrigerator didn’t work, and there were very few kitchen items. No pans, no can opener, no strainer and no bowls of any kind minus the eating bowls. For the price the charge for the unit I expected way more amenities and a fully functional Condo. The hallways to the Condo unit smell like piss and the carpet is nasty, the outside of the building appears unkept and the pool wasn’t clean the first day and it also has been kept up. Lastly it is advertised as a 4 bedroom 5 beds but it is a 3 bedroom with a curtain dividing a room with 2 beds.

Just the food in the area

3 elevators still waited 15 minutes for one🤦🏾‍♀️Had to walk down 4 flights of stairs with luggage... The floor smelled like fish & wasnt able to use the wifi the entire weekend.

Location

Hallway was a bit rundown. Hot water was hard to come by. Apartment door lock was a bit flimsy. TV in master was not usable. Remote didn't work.

The room was really clean and spacious. Renewed kitchen and exactly as the pictures. Highly recommended. The area (downtown) is kinda sketchy but this is not responsibility of the host it’s just an observation and of note: there is security 24 hours at the building entrance
