Cozy and bright- 1BED 1BATH- City center

The location makes this for us, everything we neded was 10 minutes walk, great place to base yourselves. The apartment itself,is fairly mordern, clean again very nice for what we needed it for. Also we needed that extra hour at check out, which was very easily accomodated and appreciated

For us with 2 young kids (9 &12) with a great central location, it's comes with vibrant city centre back ground noise, and with the bar 2 levels below, there was some noise, shops closing late and opening early, as well a neighbours through the wall..... now please don't let that switch you off to this, as it didn't spoil our break 1 bit, just thought I would share some granular detail.

Location was brilliant. Minutes from Sol Metro and also from Plaza Mayor. Living area was spacious. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent. There was a lift.

We booked for six nights. Only one washing machine tab and a tiny tube of dishwashing liquid left for us, as well as 1.5 rolls of toilet paper. Three L’Or coffee pods. No milk; no oil for any cooking we might want to do, no kitchen towels. No point in having a kitchen to prepare or cook food as there were no chopping knives. Had to go out immediately to buy provisions and more toilet paper. We felt this approach was’ mean’ given that we had paid for six nights. More toilet paper and at least a small container of milk, a cereal and some fruit left, as well as a little olive oil would have been so appreciated. The apartment is noisy, as to be expected in the heart of the old city with shops/cafes/restaurants in the street, but all of the outer shutters are broken and cannot be closed to help alleviate the noise problem at night with people in the street which then starts again early in the morning with delivery trucks bringing in provisions for the stores and then the rubbish collectors and street cleaners come also. There is no privacy at night as again, the shutters are broken and don’t close and there is only filmy net curtains, which can be seen through by those in the opposite apartments when the lights are on.

Great apartment, very central, handy for everything.

The host agreed for an early check in and was there on time. The apartment is located very close the the city center and positioned at the 3rd floor of the building. The windows are facing the street but the noise level was acceptable.

They always answered any questions I had, even after I checked in. The location is amazing. Everything was near the apartment, so we were able to enjoy the view around the place.
